Additional Malakite Oaths at Character Creation

Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me, but I seem to recall there having been a rule that allowed at character creation for a Malakite character to be given an additional oath or oaths (over their automatic 4) for additional character points (as one gets when they take Discord). I can't find the rule now, so could someone either point out where to look or tell me I'm crazy if no such rule exists? Thanks :)
