The mass combat airship has slow air mobility, non-parenthesized troop strength, and transport capability.

But it doesn't have other special features. So the descriptive text's claim that it's most effective as a surveillance platform is a bit hard to swallow, considering that it contributes nothing whatsoever to the recon contest.

It seems like it ought to have the air class, given that it is in fact an airborn unit, but perhaps not if it's not intended to be able to fight back against aircraft. But if it doesn't, shouldn't it have the recon class?
