(I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but as I searched through the forums, there was no thread with the title, so I decided to start my own.)
This past weekend I went through the pages of GURPS Power-Ups 2 - Perks. At first I was curious - and a little skeptical, mind you - about this "perks book". But after reading it, I have to say this is a wonderful add-on for every GM or player out there! GURPS Power-Ups 2 covers all perks that have been published so far since 4th Edition came out - yes, it does bring old material in it. It brings all of the old ones and many new ones too. I really like the concept of these small advantages, and how they add both fun and a little more detail for the game. As I went through the book, I got myself underlining (well, it was home-printed, mind you) many, just many perks that will go to many of my (soon to be revised) races and characters. I won't go into many details in here, but I nevertheless want to congratulate our Dr. Kromm for this book. As I said before, it is a gem for any GM or player out there. And I want to tell you all -go get yours! You won't be disappointed! |
