Today I received Brazilian Munchkin in the mail, which completes my set of core Munchkin games:

Pegasus released a special Munchkin Christmas Edition of Munchkin which includes the Munchkin Fantasy 1 as well a special Munchkin Christmas Pin.

Non-English language sets frequently have cards that do not appear in their English language counterparts (and vice versa) for a variety.

For example, a card with a Nazi joke that might go over swimmingly with American audiences might not go over so well with Germans (so I've found out...), and so that card would be replaced in the German version with something else.
