Early TL:9 soldier (year 2018) going into Cambodia. - Page 6

Hello I'm planning a scenario where for some reason the US is going into Cambodia. The players are going to be dropped behind enemy lines to take out Anti-Air or artillery, and also have a special mission (I just watched episode 2 of Band of Brothers and wanted something similar).

Would it make most sense that they were dropped with parachutes, or that they used a helicopter to get there?

I was planning that the group is not going to be special ops or anything but just standard airborne soldiers, woudl this make sense?

I also need to know what equipment a typical soldier would have with him?
Remember it's the year 2018, 10 years from now. I assume standard soldier-equipment haven't changed all that much so we can start out with looking at what a normal soldier today, would have with him and then make changes to that.

I already got the stats for the soldiers.
