Very occasionally, this may prove to be useful in a more typical "adventuring" context, by initiating a burst of rage that applies the bonus to the next violent action taken. ("Don't call me Junior!") This can be called on no more than once per adventure, and possibly less frequently at the GM's discretion.
Funny, I was gonna use "Pet Peeve" as a Quirk...

While resisting feints isn't exactly a major component of weapon skill, it's not a trivial one, and probably no smaller subset than some techniques, so 1 point per +1 to the contest/reduction of your opponent's success margin is about as cheap as I'd consider going.
Going by gut, I priced it cheap because it seems to be a common characteristic of beginners in any Martial Art. They seem kind of obtuse to dangers which carries over to failing to react to feints.

But yeah, when you look at build details, perk-price is way off.

Riiight, so you 'turn' the Feint into a real attack, getting to use their 'resistance'.

Maybe I need to make up a rule for feinting untrained fighters.

Rocks for Socks: You can always find an appropriately massed and reasonably shaped debris for improvised weapon use within arms' reach. Must provide own sock.

Socks for Rocks: Maybe you're prepared for rain so there's no running around in soggy socks for you. Or you're also the type of person to wear socks while wearing sandals. Or maybe you stuff your pants or bra. You have extra socks.

Underneath a Rock (Alternately Rincewind's Scrounging): Essentially Gizmo (Only for the purposes of finding cheap meals under rocks -80%)[1]. Occasionally you can look under a rock and find a sandwich*. Unfortunately you can't find one under a desk for example.**
----------------------------------------------------------------------
*usually Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad or possibly Pimento Cheese. Sometimes you find a few Ankh-Morpork Dollars, though only enough to buy a sandwich.
**even though it stands to reason that you might find a lunchbox under a desk***
***Probably because of quantum.

I can't remember whether I posted these perks before.

Doctor Powers
When rolling to avoid death, you may roll against Physician Skill instead of HT

This perk was inspired by a comment made by Axe Cop to Dr. McNinja. It's not supposed to make sense, but it is great for cinematic games.

Awesome Arsenal
When you walk around with weapons, reaction penalties are replaced by +1 because it looks cool.

Smooth Shot
Bullets you fire leave no tool marks.

This ability from one book, which I have recently read:
Personage have ability to summon a "magical cab(coach)". It only works at night and inside one city. This cab appears nearly instantly (next second maybe). It can only appear, where usual cab with horses can(not in the building, on rooftop or on the river). When character get inside, he (and any other persons or items, which usual cab can carry) will be instantly transported to any other place with the same restrictions (where usual cab can, an only inside the city).
I plan to GM company in the world based on this book( I can define it as tl5 with rare but not secret magic). Taking in account, that this ability is only availiable to the PC with quite costly racial template, is it reasonable to price this as a perk, or should it cost more? I don't really know, on which advantage it should be based(Acessority? Ally? Warp?)
Thanks in advance.
