It's not stealing it's borrowing
So long as you return it within 24 hours in good condition the most you will get is some harsh works and the owners will forget about it promptly.

It's a nice looking trait, but it seems low-key compared to other Perks, almost like a Feature.

Well Blindness is -6, I suppose the perk could fairly negate -3 of those? Negating more would seem a bit powerful for a 1 point perk against a 50 point disadvantage (as it will usually help in combat given that opponents would usually be "In plain sight". Also it mitigates Blindness in a subtler way, since the character does get some information about the environment.

This Perk seems to step on the toes of Blindness' Can sense light and dark, -10%.

Agreed: this sounds more like a Limited Blindness rather than a Perk - maybe Blindness: Can see Movement and Vast Contrast (-50%) if you are ignoring as much as -3 in penalties.

Mothers Love Me: Gain a +2 reaction bonus when when dealing with a peers mother, or female with a child with 5 years of your age. {I have this perk, possibly at a much higher rate...}

Page Reference?

At any rate it can't be both too powerful to be a perk and too low-key at the same time.

No, but you have different people on the two sides :)

Thinking about it a little more, it seems like it might be reasonably fair as a Perk for someone with Blindness, perhaps even one of my Super-Perks (2 points). The limitation from Space [thanks for the pageref molokh!] seems like it is overstating the value. JMO

Better Critical†: A roll of 7 is a critical success if your effective skill is 17+. You must specialize by combat skill and you cannot have multiple levels.

Kitchen Skates
You can perform planned movement on a relatively smooth and level, slippery surface in a straight line without risking a fall, or dropping anything in hand, including platters or uncovered cups. You can ignore up to two points of penalties to perform more ambitious maneuvers or to stop quickly.

Karaoke Wonder
You can perform one song, using your straight HT plus modifiers in place of Singing. Make sure to pick a song within the garnered skill range.

Dipstick Looks Empty
Any time you are in a Carousing situation, you will receive one drink for free every thirty minutes, if desired, as others attempt to get you to drink.

Pantry Look
You have the benefit of the Versatile advantage, only with regard to cooking meals using improvised and available ingredients.
