Accessorize! You know what accessory or accessories best go with an outfit. You may not be savvy enough to dress up well, but you still know what scarf, purse or watch (for instance) to wear that will draw compliments. Perk-level Fashion Sense.

Game effects:
  • Subtract 20% from the time it takes to find hidden items, conduct research and anything else that requires unobstructed vision.
  • If there is a question as to who in your group is the first to spot something, it's automatically you.
  • If your GM allows use of this in combat (his/her call), be aware that noticing something and being able to react to it are two different things.
  • This perk can be used with the Speed-Reading skill.
Apologies, of course, is this appears elsewhere...
Seems too powerful to be a perk, and in some ways, very similar to simple high Perception (with a bit of Speed-Reading and Photographic Memory mixed in). Can it be narrowed a bit, so it's less broadly useful?

You Meant Well: People seem to know when you are trying to help, even if you end up trainwrecking the situation. +1 Reaction in your favor only if you were sincere and intentional in your efforts.

Sure. We can just keep the "you notice it first" part and still keep the flavor, I think. I was going for those types (myself included) who are able to take in a lot of information with just the barest glance -- I use it with my Roving Eyes quirk ;)

Familiar Stink: You may operate as if you had discriminatory smell for one person, place or thing. You just know it that well.

How is this one useful?

Yeah, I'd say this is too powerful for a Perk.

Sounds like Efficient (Search) to me.

This is cute (if a bit niche), but should be trumped by Enhanced Time Sense.

A fair caution.

What does this mean? That you also shave 20% off the time to use Speed-Reading?

Why yes, officer, I'd be more than happy to take a polygraph test.
