I noticed that the Extra Attack advantages in DF don't have Multi-Strike options. Is this an oversight, or a balance measure? As it stands, the number of attacks a character can make with his chosen weapon is pretty much fixed at 2 (either Rapid Strike, or one Extra Attack with Two-Weapon Fighting).

I think this was covered a couple days ago. If I remember correctly, the DF Extra Attack assumes multistrike as an included option.

DF assumes you know nothing about special modifiers in Powers or combat options in Martial Arts. Both Multi-Strike and Single Skill are implicit on Extra Attack in that series, but this isn't stated because it would needlessly complicate what's supposed to be a fast, easy game. But should it matter to those using heaps of rulebooks, the basic idea is that most delvers will have one ace weapon they use all the time, and can whack things with it as many times as they have attacks.

I think this deserves an erratum: even if you don't know about the "Multistrike" option, the entry for Extra Attack in Basic makes it clear that you can only do one Attack maneuver per limb. This implies that DF's Extra Attacks are for shield-bashing, kicking monsters, etc., instead of hitting with a primary weapon.
Erratum: "In DF, it's okay to use Extra Attack to attack twice with the same weapon." -Max |

I haven't read Powers and don't have DF or MA. But, I believe that Extra Attack as written in the Core Book is written that it can't be used for multi-strikes with one weapon/attack.
