Default Re: Outlaw "Dirty Rotten"

Since this came up today in a game, what about in a mixed deck of Booty/GBM? Would someone at level 1 with Spanish Accent (immune to bad stuff at level 1) still need to roll if there was an Outlaw in play? Or does the fact that the Spanish is immune mean he doesn't have to roll at all?

The Outlaw card says that he gets a Level when Bad Stuff happens to a non-Outlaw. So, the Bad Stuff actually has to take effect. A Level 1 Spanish character can't have Bad Stuff happen to him, so if as he's not an Outlaw, the Dirty Rotten So-And-So still wouldn't have any effect.
