In Nomine is a licensed property though. I'll go along with Ravenfish and go with Dungeon crawl.

Technically, I think In Nomine would have counted as "licensed".

Also, having lurked through the first Gurps:In Nomine playtest I doubt a 4e version could be done quickly and without a playtest. Adaptations of other games always end up being complicated. The same for books with lots of templates. G:IN4 would be both.
