Bobblehead Rules vs. Loaded/Reloaded Die

I checked out the special Bobblehead rules, and they look cool!:

If your Munchkin bobblehead is in the room where it can see the game, then once per game, you may reroll one die.

How will this interact with the Loaded/Reloaded Die cards? Those two cards may counter each other, but I believe it's stated that only one of each may be played on a single die roll. Could the Bobblehead be used, in addition to both of those being played on a die roll?

Also, the Bobblehead allows you to mess with either your own or your opponent's die roll, correct?

I can't wait to grab one of these Munchkin Bobbleheads! :)
