Well, imagine it bigger and stouter[ evolved on a higher gravity world].

That would make it look just like a non-bespectacled version of its relative the common raccoon.
I noticed the traveller page omitted their planet's atmospheric density.

Check out "The Future is Wild." In the 200MYrs in the future episodes, there are gigantic land squids and arboreal/brachiating squids. Very cool.

Someone here ripped that pretty bad last week or so. I don't know if what he was saying had any basis in reality since I'm not a doctor in evolutionary biology and I defer to those who are.

No worries; I prefer Sparrials too. Especially after the one DMM has in his Irregular Webcomic. Fasanni always actually kind of annoyed me, to be honest. Not as much as Cidi, of course.

I've considered using Cidi as vermin and utilizing the IQ limits for small creatures from Bio-Tech. A ship infested by small, tool using rodents would be really fun to spring on my players.

GURPS Traveller: Star Mercs
Ground Forces (Good to Fair)

Bounty Hunters (Give it a miss)

Planetary Survey (I've used Darkmoon Prison in my universe, just moved it to Europa; the others are of low utility to me personally)

Star Mercs (Skip. Too Traveller-centric and not the best book of the series)

Gah!!! I'd wondered for years about this! I daydreamed about travelling to his house and forcing hi9m to publish the damned sequel at gunpoint.

Read the book in HS; loved it.

[all just my humble opinion- not an attempt to flame Palladium fans]
I just dumped 3/4 of all my old Palladium stuff. Couldn't stand to look at it. Of the ones I kept, I kept them because they were Conversion-to-GURPS fodder. The TMNT Guide to the Galaxy made the cut because they had some interesting aliens that would look good with the serial numbers filed off. My personal favorite were the Havelsh 'Oid Builders. I should probably do a conversion.

Oh, I remember the 'oid Builders. They were my favorites, as well. Be careful not to post a conversion, lest Palladiums law-dogs come after you.

Ah, yes, I've heard rumours of Palladium's response to fan-based conversions or materials of any stripe. I believe the term 'Draconian' applies. Still, they've had a few good ideas here and there.
