Default Munchkins ahead ! ! !

How would you build the ultimative warrior?

The guidline:
Creation:
Base starting Points: 100CP
Disadvatage Limit: -40CP (all negative-cost: sold-down attributes and secondary characteristics,
disadvantages; also no single disad with a cost of more than -40CP is allowed)
Quirk Limit: -5CP
Basic Attributes / Secondary Characteristics: Attributes within human limits e.g. HP may vary
by max +-30% of ST
Skills: No magical or psionic skill, No mental or musical influence skills
Base TL: 3
Base money: 1.000$ (Any form of "Wealth" and trading points for money is permitted.
ALL of the money can be spend on "adventuring" gear.)
Limitations:
-NO mental, exotic, supernatural, and NO social traits at all. Which means no traits marked as social and
nothing of Social Background (B22-25). (If I would just rule no "Allies" or no "Hight TL" I would
feel like kicking the guys who used it and proved real munchkins! So I decided to take a more general
approach.)
-All traits must be within human limits.
-Cinematic traits are allowed but must be combined with the most restrictive options

Please put in a short description of the tactics (maneuvers) the character will most probably use.


Fighting Place:
-Round Arena 20hex diameter surrounded by a wall (no escape)
-No obstacles, plain floor, normal light (no vision mod.), no wind
-Nothing in the arena but what you carry in

Combat regulations:
-start at opposing sides (18hex apart) of the arena with weapon ready
-one-on-one
-Best 2 out of 3 to win a match to advance to next round
-KO-system (the looser is out); opponents chosen by lot
-All wounds healed between rounds


Ruleset:
-Tactical Combat
-Turn Sequence by Speed

Optional Rules:
-Extra Effort in Combat (B357)
-Changing Posture in Armor (B395)
-Accumulated Wounds (B420)
-No Dirty Tricks (405) (although this would be really munchkiny)
-No cinematic combat rules (B417) except Dual-Weapon Attacks
-No FP lost DURING battle
