Agreed. And special thanks for taking care of the weather again. The skies were weeping in shared pain while forces that are not to be spoken of interfered with our EHP´s prayers to Him, The Source of Sunshine and Sun of All Humanity. It´s nice to have him, sunshine and blue skies back.

That was my dad's second favorite meat, so we got to eat it alot around my house. Lamb is greasy though and if your not careful...well you might as well go lick the grease trap. BTW, way cool recipe.
