Works just fine me and fine for the playtesters who ripped this book a part in their observations. We considered a single static value, but I didn't like it at all so it was left out completely.

Alas, I don't think w23 does preorders. But it's digital so...it ain't gonna run out. :-D

I think we are going to need a follow up book of completed equipment. Basically a lot of worked examples. Like the Magic Items books of old.

Sorry, that just caught me off guard. It was "main-stream" for a while before fading out. That dark & edgy Cthulhu game from the early 2000's.

It was/is an interesting setting.
