I'm thinking about using GURPS for a Star Wars campaign. Any tips?
I've considered - am considering - the other published systems, but they're all missing a certain level of granularity and control I'm used to in my games. I really want to be able to expand and explore Force mechanics and have interesting space and ground combat for the tactical wonks.
Any advice would be appreciated. If I choose GURPS, this will be a long project, I have no doubt. I'm aware that Psi-Wars is out there, and I'll likely take a peak at it, but I'd also like any personal observations from those who have taken a crack at Star Wars using GURPS in the past.
