[Disadvantage] Susceptible (Social Skills)?

Greetings, all!

I've noticed that 4e doesn't have a separate disadvantage that makes one less resistant to one or more social skills (I'm not talking about Oblivious, which also lowers skills themselves). The idea is for a race that, while strictly not lechrous, has trouble resisting seduction and similar manipulations (up to -1 to -5 penalty - still choosing). So, what are your thoughts whether it is legal to use Susceptible, and what are the frequency levels for various skills and/or skill groups?
