Assuming you're thinking of a National Guard armory as opposed to a U.S. Army Base, I'd guess that you've got 200 hungry people unless you get very lucky with your timing.
I'm assuming the armory you're thinking of is more a akin to a Canadian militia armoury which is the base for a unit that meets once a week, perhaps with a second night a week for administration, and a weekend exercise once a month as opposed to a base that is in use day in and day out 24/7.
If that is the case, it's an armoury. It stores weapons, vehicles and similar items. Consumables, such as rations and ammunition will be stored at, and drawn from, the nearest regular army base. If a weekend exercise is coming up, no more than three or four days before exercise start date, there will be five meals for whatever size unit (or subunit) operates out of the armoury, perhaps with a 1% overage, maybe 5% if you really push it, but definitely not 10%.
so, if you are terrifically lucky a 500-man armoury might have 2500 meals, giving you meals for four full days, and you can fight over the last 100 meals at breakfast on the fifth day.
If you aren't lucky, the officers' mess and senior NCOs' messes will likely have the staples (flour, sugar, coffee, tea) for a single meal. Call it somewhere between sixty and eighty meals.
