should Warp w/ Tunnel be allowed the PartialChange enhancement from Insubstantiality?

Normally when you go through a warping tunnel AFAIK all of you has to go through, but I was wondering about stuff like where you open a tunnel and just stick your arm through while the rest of you stays behind, grab something, and then pull your arm back through the tunnel bringing that thing back.
