sizes of objects used for Alchemical Charms

Pg 220 of Magic talks about amulets and talismans but doesn't emphasize the size of the objects you use.

So as to limit how easily people could carry a lot of charms around (ie make a 24-link necklace where each link is it's own Talisman of Strength so you could have 24 hours of strength ,as opposed to the entire necklace being one collective charm) is there anything we could do to incentivize using larger objects instead of smaller objects for charms?

I was thinking maybe something like the Size Modifier could be used to modify the Alchemy skill? This might be interesting to do for Powerstone as well.
