If so show up Sunday at noon Pacific and show us.
Any valid starting ITL character, but wearing only a potato sack and your equipment is an empty backpack. (Each Physicker gets a Physicker's kit also) https://app.roll20.net/join/12108740/bj9GQQ

Make sure a couple characters have running talent or are elves so you can get into HTH!
What rules will govern using armor stripped from defeated foes? |

My first thought is that this challenge would show the importance of wizards. On the other hand, they don't get to rest, so I'm not sure how well they'd work out.
The elf and HTH is a good idea, Lars. Do report how things turned out, Henry! |

Nobody is stopping you from picking up and using everything you see.
I'm tempted towards halflings to just gather up all the daggers in the Death Test and throw them with expertise.

DT2 is tough on beginning characters as it is. This will be interesting to see if you have any winners.
And like Phiwum, my first thought was Wizards. I don't see beginning characters getting high enough UC skills to matter. |

I think you can have UC III as a beginner, but you'll not hit for much.

Interesting. I guess I'm a little surprised that you have so much redundancy in Physicker and Tactics. I'm also wondering about acrobatics. It's been a while since I played Death Test, so perhaps I'm forgetting something. How do you plan on using that skill?
Your wizard is interesting. I suppose that one can use a staff blast while wearing a shield, since it is an attack and not a spell. It will cost 5 ST to make a staff and I wonder what you'll use. Perhaps a steel dagger? Can you do that? And my guess is that your UC guys will pin a baddie and your wizard will drain his ST. Is that the idea? |

Henry,
You wizard appears to have too many spells & talents for a beginning character. Talents include: Literacy (mundane), Shield Expertise Spells include: 3-Hex Fire, Drain Strength, Illusion, Magic Rainstorm, Staff III This means the following costs: Literacy 1 Shield 2 Shld Exp 4 Spells: 3hx Fire 1 Fire 0 Drain ST 1 Illusion 1 Mgc Rn 1 Staff1 1 Staff2 1 Staff3 1 TOTAL 14 You are 1 point over for the starting IQ of 13 |
