Hello, all!
It's been a long, long time since I've posted on these forums, but I wanted to share a project I've been working on for fun for a while now. My purpose was to design versions of the classic Urban Fantasy monsters (Vampires, Werewolves, Faeries, etc...) that met the following parameters:
All in service of the idea that someone could run an urban fantasy campaign with monster PCs on a budget of 150 - 200 points. Since I have my versions of Vampires and Werewolves done (I'm still working on Faeries and I have some ideas for future additions), I thought it was time to start sharing and getting feedback.

Vampire (75)
Attributes: ST +3 (Massless +0%, Only At Night-20%) (24), Per +2 (Only at Night -20%) [8] Advantages: Leech (Blood Agent -40%, Heals ER or HP +60%) [30], Energy Reserve 10 (Special Recharge -70%) [9], Injury Tolerance (Unliving) [20], Immunity to Sickness [15], Immunity to Poisons (Unless ingested in the Blood of a Victim -20%) [12], Immunity to Aging [5], Doesn't Breath [20], Night Vision +5 [5], Silence Lv1 1 [5], Slow Regeneration (Unkillable Only -80%) [2] Unkillable 2 (Hindrance: Stake through the heart or buried at a crossroads -15%, Achilles Heel: Decapitation, Sunlight, or Fire -50%) [35], and 50 points spent on Vampiric Powers (See Below) [50] Perks: Sharp Teeth [1] Features: Can be turned with True Faith [0], Can Sire New Vampires* [0] Disadvantages: Supernatural Features (No Body Heat and Pallor (When unfed), No Pulse, No Reflection) [-20], Divine Curse (Cannot enter dwelling for first time unless invited) [-10], Restricted Appetite (Human Blood, Illegal. Substitution Animal Blood, Retching -50%) [-10], Uncontrollable Appetite (12) (Human Blood) [-15]; Weakness (Sunlight; 1d/minute) [-60]; Unhealing (Partial) [-20], and one of: Secret (Man-Killing Monster) (-30) OR Enemy (Large Group, 12 or less, Monster Community and Monster Hunters) (-30) Quirks: Nauseated by the smell of Garlic [-1] *You can create new vampires, but never by accident and it's quite dangerous for the victim. It requires that you first reduce your victim to -1X HT. At least half of that damage must be from leech or blood loss (GMs call if it counts). Then you must then you must feed them at least 1 HP worth of your own blood and spend 1 Character Point. The victim makes their Health rolls to survive. If they fail, they are permanently dead and cannot be resurrected. If they succeed, they still die, but will rise again in three days as a new vampire unless their body is damaged in such a way as to make that impossible (see Hindrance and Achilles Heel for Unkillable.) Vampires created in this way aren't necessarily beholden to you in any way.

Vampire Society
Unlike Werewolves, Vampires have a complex and ordered society. It is highly hierarchical, with the hierarchy based primarily on age, with a pseudo-feudal structure. The most powerful vampire lords rule fiefdoms including several major cities and all the land in between. A PC can choose to either a member, in good standing in vampire society, or not, and should take one of the following two templates: Member of Vampire Society [0 points]: Advantages: Claim to Hospitality (Other Society Vampires) (10), Patron (your local vampire Lord) (10) Disadvantages: Code of Honor (Vampire Society) [-15]*, Duty (Vampire Lord, 6 or less) ] [-5] Society Vampires may also buy Status and/or Rank appropriate to their station. *From GURPS Horror. Vampires without a code of honor have Secret: Dishonorable Vampire: Imprisonment or Exile [-20] Rogue Vampire [-20 points] Advantages: None Disadvantages: Enemy Group (Vampire Society) [-20]

Vampire Powers
Vampiric powers are divided up according to the various hunting strategies vampires use to acquire their blood. Vampires are Seducers, Predators, Mesmerizors, or some combination of types. Powers indicated with an asterisk * are appropriate to purchase at character creation with the 50 points allotted in the Vampire Racial Template.

Seducers--Alluring, enticing, and addictive. They seduce their prey and get them hooked on the rush of pain and pleasure that comes from the feeding. *Unnatural Beauty [25] Seducer vampires almost always sire the most beautiful people to begin with, but you rose from the grave in a more perfected form. You look how you always wish you looked in life. And in the night, when you are in your power, you can temporarily make yourself appear even more beautiful yet in the minds of your victims. Some vampires have Androgynous +0% on their appearance. this has no effect on the cost of this power. Advantages: Appearance: Handsome or Beautiful [12], and Improve Appearance to Transcendent (Costs ER 1/Minute -5%, Only at Night -20%, Glamour: Will Roll -5 to resist -5%) [9], Charisma 1 (Glamour: Resisted by Will -5 -5%, Only At Night -20%, 1 EP/Minute -5%) [4] NOTE: If you buy Appearance up to Very Handsome/Beautiful [16], the price of Improve Appearance to Transcendent becomes only [6], making the total cost [1] point. *Unnatural Grace level 1 [25] You move with an unmatched superhuman grace, smooth and efficient and a joy to watch.
