With the clarification of the way you want the morph pool done, that's way over in points. I know you're not too worried about it, but I've been trying to rework the templates so they conform. I'm still working on a hybrid that can afford the flight, but here's what I'd like to use for now that fits the budget:

Style! Wildcards include all their associated techniques at their maximum level (in this case +4) and if they do not specify a maximum, they get it at +3. As an Ultimate style, we should have come up with a few "Ultimate Techniques" to include, like a move and attack with removed restrictions, and additional mobility options, but I never made time to do it.

Oooh, should we say Vassarious' Monster Hunters background is from Monster Hunters: Justice? I'd love to say V sampled Marcus Savage if only for his glorious loadout. But we could give it the shout-out from your greater multiverse (can you tell I just saw Spider-Man NWH?)

Examples that I should have asked for when we were starting... Don't mind the working names.

"Chambara Attack" Defaults to UCS-7 or MWS-7, Cannot exceed PS
Penalty Reduction, Move and Attack -4
Special Benefit, No Maximum skill of 9 on Move and Attack, -1
Special Benefit, Can Retreat After Move and Attack, -1
Special Benefit, Can Parry After Movie and Attack, -1

"Chambara Defence"
Default: Dodge -5 or Parry -5, cannot exceed Dodge or Parry
Extra Movement: Step twice on Retreat, -2
Special Benefit, Can "retreat" Toward opponent, -2
Penalty Reduction, Sideslip, -1

These kinds of Techniques would need a drawback or two for basic cinematic play, but not if you're going full chambara. Things like a DX or acrobatics roll or fall are probably most appropriate.

A few drawbacks are appropriate, I think, like the skill roll to avoid falling, or maybe just to do it at all.

You can use them once we've worked out all of the drawbacks, conditions, and names.
