Command Zombies

The Spells books has spells that:
Charm intelligent creatures
Turn Zombies
and Command (Spirits)

But none of those spells allows you to Command a zombie upon encountering one. This has been a fairly basic fantasy ability and I see no corollary in the DFRPG system.

GURPS Magic has spells that do that and more but not DFRPG.
