What would be a fair price in the DFRPG for steampunk style motorcycle goggles that would provide DR 4 to eye shots?

Steampunk has TL6 Goggles for $20 that are DR1; DR 2 and non-fragmenting for at least double the price.

Or see a recent discussion on invisible helmets.
