Power Talent for Divine Favor

Thinking of making a power talent for Divine Favor - PK's system for clerics. Has anyone tinkered with this? It would a bonus to the reaction roll and any rolls to use the prayers granted by the god.

Since the power is so broad it feels like 10 points/level would be the minimum cost? Maybe 15 points/level?

I actually have to read the supplements? Just sleeping with my laptop under my pillow won't do it? Deplorable.
