I don't think that's a skill. I think it's either a technique, or what Low-Tech Companion 3 calls a craft secret perk. The skill would probably be Esoteric Medicine, though in some versions it might be simply Housekeeping.

Well, I'm just being really overzealous applying "skills for everyone". Craft secret is probably the opposite, the advantage provides the ability to do it, the skill just makes it easier to succeed.
