"Together" means "at the same time". It's for two-weapon styles.

E.g. 'rapier and main gauche,' 'katana and wakizashi,' or perhaps 'bow and arrow' if the GM is being ridiculously strict about the definition of 'weapon' (I wouldn't, I consider bow-and-arrow to be 'one weapon' in the same way that gun-and-bullet is, but there are probably a few GMs who get silly like that, and technically you can use a bow and an arrow as separate weapons in melee).

Also sword and shield, though I'm not sure what weapon master with shields would actually do (add to attacks with the shield, certainly; maybe also shield slams?)
