What Power-Ups do you want to see?
I want to see one on TLs, more specifically on pricing traits differently depending on Tech Levels. Damage Resistance and Innate Attack are two offenders here - 5 points/DR is great for a TL 0-4 campaign, but in a TL 12 campaign where you can buy DR 50 right out of the gate the price really should be adjusted.
