Default Super Cooks [Powers/Supers]

I was just curious how you would design the abilities of super cooks? I was thinking that each ability would be a known unique recipe. Each recipe would likely require a minimum of Blood Agent (the recipe must be ingested), Delay (the recipe does not activate until eaten), Environmental (the recipe must be made in a kitchen), and Immediate Preparation Required (representing the time required to make the recipe). Versatile cooks would likely have multiple recipes as alternative abilities, as they could only prepare so many concoctions at one time.

So, how would you design super cooks? Would you use the above modifiers or would you do something else? Would a super cook be too silly for your supers games?
