cars wars story in a tread

Someone posted about a campaign that had run with a link to their report and story. the setting they where doing was set in Aussie with a walled off setup using the boxed set cars and the driver was using a hotshot and hanging out in this town in the middle of the combat zone, can not find the tread it was in and wanted to reread the story.
