The noted scholar Yin sells these for $2k each. In addition to this markup there is a $10 fee (payable in advance) for each question the image of the tiny fire elemental contained within answers and for every minute of translation.

In addition to the 1-hex Image spell Yin knows a dozen languages, Expert Naturalist, Woodsman, Alchemy, Scholar, Mathematician, Chemist, Assess Value, Detect Lies, Courtly Graces, Poet, Business Sense, Detect Traps, Alertness, etc. He has an IQ of 19 and has a bunch of wizards, woodworkers and glassblowers working for him.
