What sort of a limitation would it be to be unkillable (with Unkillable 2 or 3) but not function at up to -10xHP? In other words, to only avoid death, not remain active from -5xHP to -10xHP?
I'm asking because a player in my group wants to make a super that has dupes that can't really be killed (and becuase I was curous how this part of Unkillable could be split out). He never loses the dupe no matter how much damage is done to them, but it only keeps them from permanent destruction, rather than making it any harder for them to be taken out of a fight. I thought that a combination of a limited Unkillable 3 and a limited Regeneration (for only the clones and only when they are "dismissed") would give him what he was after, but don't know what value to set for unkillable only (was guessing somewhere in the -10% to -40% range).

In the Powers playtest, Kromm was emphatic that it is not a -50 point break (because Unkillable 2 by itself is still worth more than 50 points). IIRC, the consensus ended up hovering around -20%, but no one could decide so it never made it in.
