Hi,
I notice that the PDFs released so far don't have any form of Table of Contents (bookmarks), index, or cross references. Will these be added at a later date? It's very disappointing to not be able to navigate a PDF document via links. Thanks, Wayne |

Is anybody else tempted to run a link-builder script on the DT PDF? The linking to paragraph format is almost smooth enough to make this automatic. If only all the text was go to (X) it would be too easy.

NOTE: These are _not_ the final PDFs. These are early versions for the review process and to give everyone early access to the material.
SIDE NOTE: Personally, I recommend not printing any of the PDFs at this time. We are _not_ keeping a change log and will not be able to tell anyone what has changed when we send out the final PDFs. Printing PDFs now only means that, in a few weeks, you'll have a hard copy that doesn't match the finished PDFs.

Thanks for the clarification.
Having said that, I’ve printed it up on our laser printer. I find reading on screen difficult. Happy to throw them out in a few weeks (I’ve always hated trees). |

But where you are, Wayne, the trees are the only things that do NOT try to kill you. At least, not much, right?
Yes, ITL has both index and ToC. Melee and Wizard have ToC. |
