Wait. What's this I read in 325 RPG Geek Fans - Five More New Creatures? It says the Bloody Rider is, "Based on the new Melee/Wizard cover art by Liz Danforth"...

What's going on here?

Wait, is this April first?

Also, and perhaps related, I just saw an awesome piece of artwork for a project that we have not revealed.

BONUS: The "based on" text goes with the previous monster, the Long Lankin.

Oh that's awesome. It reminded me a lot of Slenderman...

The new stuff for Cidri is just fantastic! I love the new monsters, plants, bits of flavor, and rumors! And of course the new spells.

You guys are all doing a great job!

Wait, did you guys plan this with Liz Danforth a long time ago and put up the "artwork not final" for the purpose of surprising everyone? Would you do something like that?

Sounds like an interesting creature from the description! Seems a bit like something one might encounter in the Lankhmar books, too. (And not just because both contain the "Lank" syllable.)
