What is TFT Legacy Edition?

The Kickstarter says, "what TFT should have been when it was first published 40 years ago", and "The three roleplaying books (In The Labyrinth, Advanced Melee, and Advanced Wizard), combined and updated into a single volume of 160 pages, with the index that the original release lacked."

Does this mean In the Labyrinth will contain the original TFT rules with better typesetting, some clarifications, an index, etc. but not with new experience rules and other things that have been discussed on the forums?

I have pledged for "I Want It All" and if Legacy Edition is the original rules, I do still Want It All!

But I'd like to know what It All is...
