AtE: Non gaming usage

A question for those who have one or more of the AtE books, which one(s) would be most useful for fleshing out a post-apocalyptic setting for fiction rather than gaming?

I'd say AtE 2 is the most useful for worldbuilding. AtE 1 is just character generation.
