Sword of Slaying everything except squid

If you have the sword in play and you encounter squidzilla, do you have to run away if you are below level 4? The sword requires you to run away from squidzilla but squidzilla doesn't pursue you if you are below level 4. So would I have to run away from nothing?

No, there's definitely a Monster there. You'd have to Run Away, but Squidzilla wouldn't chase you, so you get away from Squidzilla without having to do anything.
