This fighter requires the bonus DLC
You all have picked up Pyramid #3/109: Thaumatology V, right? If not, you're missing out on a completely new template: the mage-hunter! (Along with plenty of other GURPS stuff; see the discussion thread for details.) That article comes with a sample character, but here's another one, who takes things in a different direction, with more of a focus on Dispel Magic along with high HT and Will to resist most things, not just spells. (GCA file here.)

It's OK! Sithrak hates you!
I'm a little sad he's not using a holy symbol of Sithrak as his weapon but I'm not sure what kind of weapon that counts as. A big club I guess? Some kind of exotic blunt polearm?

Re: This fighter requires the bonus DLC
Probably a fantasy version of one of these . . .

I just said "HEY... WAITAMINUTE..." and saw you put it much more succinctly.

Re: This fighter requires the bonus DLC
So you've run face first into my drain bamage. I can see there's someones arms holding a pole, and after that I have no idea what's going on there.

Re: This fighter requires the bonus DLC
AFAICT: A Klingon is using a Klingon pain stick on Worf. The setting is probably Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, or one of the movies.

Re: This fighter requires the bonus DLC
Y'know, it wouldn't really change anything to just switch his gear from axes to maces and say that each mace looks like a skull with eye-nails on a short pole. Feel free to do that if you use him. :)

Re: This fighter requires the bonus DLC
Quote:
Painstik: Adds pointy metal prongs of alchemically selected metals that cause a painful reaction on contact with a living being: Double the usual shock from the weapon's thrusting attack (to a limit of -8); High Pain Threshold reduces this to regular shock (-1 to -4), while Low Pain Threshold doubles it again (to a limit of -16!). Pressed into contact with a living subject who has no DR other than Tough Skin, this can inflict pain without injury. The victim must roll vs. HT, at +3 for High Pain Threshold or -4 for Low Pain Threshold. Failure inflicts a shock penalty equal to the margin of failure for as long as the stick remains in contact; critical failure causes agony (Exploits, p. 66) instead. Any baton, club, jo, knobbed club, long staff, quarterstaff, short baton, or short staff. +19 CF.
