States "wont pursue if 5 or under level.
Is pursue. Mean fight?
Or when trying to run away.?
Is this level 5 meaning" meaning with a characters bonuses included?

A. You certainly can fight the monster. If you do not win the combat and have to Run Away, you escape automatically (no roll required).
