Am I allowed to post about availability, in the context of helping people who may want help making adventures?

I ask this beforehand because I like this site and I REALLY don't want to get in trouble... :/

I'm... not certain what you're asking. If you're just trying to say "Hey, guys, if anyone needs help designing a campaign, I'm totally down for that," I don't see a problem with it.

As for getting in trouble, basically ask yourself "Am I doing/suggesting something illegal? Am I being a jerk? Am I derailing a thread?" If the answer to all the above is "No," you're probably fine.

As long as you don't break any of The Rules (TM), you should be fine. E.g., no contests.
