looking for an interesting solar system

Hi All,

I'm planning to run a far future Solar System with terraforming where possible floating cities where not.
A few odd technologies that make this possible but retarded technology to 1990's-ish ideas of tech advancement.

FTL travel doesn't exist the gaming universe is the larger solar system a few hundred years in the future where humanity has expanded into all the corners possible of the solar system. Travel is slowish and pirates inhabit the universe.

Rather than create all the cultures from scratch I'm wondering if anyone knows of some future solar system games that I can mine for versions of the various worlds.
