Munchkin Bites: The Darkness Question.

Greetings fine folks.

Searched for an answer to this but couldn't track one down.

In last nights game we stumbled when the card The Darkness was drawn. Because the text regarding lose 2 levels wasn't featured in the bad stuff portion there was some confusion whether you lose two leaves just by facing The Darkness in combat or only if you lose the combat and are forced to run away.
