Default RPM Superiority for a race

I have a race that I want to be the best RPM and Shaman in the world.
So looking for some ideas and feedback.
Origin/Mythology: The Chelone are sea turtles descended from Ben Ben who is the first sentient being in the universe, having risen from the primordial waters of chaos. He carries the universe on his back and gave rise to the first gods and is the god of stability and Balance between Nun/Water/Chaos/Yin and Aether/Energy/Yang.
Racial Role and Abilities: Giant sea turtles with Cosmic Payload, Social Regard (Venerable), Special Rapport (Tribe); and the leaders and protectors of their nomadic tribes.
Tribes currently made up of Dolphins and Merfolk with a single adult Chelone.
Ideas:
  • Stability enhancement on Magery
  • Compartmentalized Mind for Extra Gathering
  • Soaring enhancement on Swimming so they can cast while moving
  • ER granted by Ally (tribe)
  • Some way to tap pod members for extra energy even without touching them.
