[Sorcery] Warp as Lightspeed travel

I'm thinking of a spell that converts the person into a ball of light and transports him somewhere. Now, speed of light or infinite speed is practically the same at the relevant Tech Level (3-4) so I am going to use Warp as the base advantage. However, this means that the character

a) can't teleport through non-transparent objects
b) can only travel in a straight line or bounce on reflective surfaces

What kind of limitation are we talking about here?
