Just saw this posted on SJ Game's Facebook page.

Looks like they think Munchkin Marvel will be a huge success! Releasing in April and two expansions before the end of the year.

Just a pity it doesn't come with a board and character markers. Would be pretty amazing just to have more Marvel artwork at the table.

It's nice that it comes with 6 level counters at least. My gaming group tends to prefer the boards as level tracker as it centralizes the focus and puts everything at the center of the table to keep organized.

We don't typically announce release dates in advance. Too much room for Things To Go Wrong. Watch for the "Now Shipping" announcement, and figure it will be on store shelves around two weeks later.

Okay I'm absolutely loving this game!

I would like to see Winter Soldier and Deadpool as Ally cards one of these days, since right now they're both Monsters.

Also, I know it's much too late for this now, but let me fantasize anyway...
I think it would be amazing to get a Captain America booster, since this year is the 75th anniversary of Cap! I won't go into detail about the cards I think would go well in it, but it's not hard to imagine.

Are we allowed to discuss ideas for a fourth affiliation on here?

The two expansions for Marvel are already written, so suggesting new cards is a little pointless. At present, I don't believe there are any plans to expand past those two.

Does that include boosters, promos, and bookmarks? Or just full size expansions?

There are two tuckbox expansions, to be released in August and October. There are assorted promos (I don't remember how many).

That's disappointing, I was really hoping for a Mutant expansion or even a Fantastic Four expansion.
