I'm looking for an ability that gives someone ER (up to their maximum) whenever someone dies near them. The only way I can think of building this is with a limited Regeneration (ER only, the turn after someone dies -??%), but then this only allows for 1 or 10 ER gained and seems like a very kluncky solution. Any thoughts?
