For a game I'm running with Magic as Powers and The Last Gasp, I would like to build an Affliction spell that allows the target to ignore all the penalties associated with FP loss from The Last Gasp (the FP loss still occurs, it can still cause HP loss, can still cause unconsciousness and will give all the usual penalties when the spell ends, but until any of that happens, they character can act as though they haven't spent any FP). I'm not sure how to price the advantage it's granting, though. I've thought of the following two possibilities:
Rules Exemption Perk [1] - Seems way too cheap for what it does +1 IQ,ST,HT,DX (Only below 80% FP -??%) AND +1 IQ,ST,HT,DX (Only below 60% FP -??%) AND +1 IQ,ST,HT,DX (Only below 40% FP -??%) AND ... Which seems both very cludgy and way too expensive for what it does. Thoughts? |
