Curse! Malign Mirror + Matching Equipment Set

Is Mirror affect Equipment Set and victim has NO bonus at all, or Equipment Set considered as Armor (among Footgear and Headgear and Weapon) and victim has it's full Bonus?

Because it has the Armor tag on the card, you can use the Matching Equipment Set after the Malign Mirror curse.

What if it's a loser your head gear curse? Do you have to lose the matching set?

If it's the only Headgear you have or the Curse doesn't say Lose One Headgear, then yes. That's the drawback of the MES; it's very susceptible to Curses and Bad Stuff.
